The proposed development of eight, five-bedroom, detached houses will go ahead in Bushey after a planning committee accepted the plans last night.
Applicants Zog Brownfield Ventures Ltd put in the application to demolish existing industrial buildings and build the residential properties, in Merry Hill Road, in June.
Members of the Bushey and Aldenham planning committee unanimously voted in favour of the plans at a meeting at Bushey Golf and Country club last night (Thursday).
