Joggers and walkers of all ages and abilities will return to Watford town centre later this week to take part in the second annual Smile Mile.
The event, organised by Watford for You, raised more than £2,000 for charity last year as participants, including Mayor Dorothy Thornhill, completed a lap of Cassiobury Park.
This year’s event, sponsored by Camelot, will raise money for Marie Curie Cancer Care and will start on Sunday, September 26, at 10.30am from the town centre bandstand.
Potential participants should visit www.watfordforyou.org or call 01923 296750.
