There will be two blood donor sessions in Watford over the coming month.
The first takes place on Saturday, September 11, in All Saints Church Hall, Horseshoe Lane, Garston, from 9.30am until 12.30pm and 2.15pm until 4pm.
The second is on Sunday, September 12, at Westfield Community College, in Tolpits Lane, Watford, at the same times.
Appointments can be booked via the national call centre on 0300 123 23 23 or donors can arrive on the day.
