Saracens have suffered another injury setback after Kameli Ratuvou was ruled out for up to six months.

The Fijian centre was stretchered off after hurting his knee when he tried to stop Charlie Sharples scoring a second-half try at Gloucester on Saturday.

Ratuvou will face between four to six months on the sidelines and the club are already without Adam Powell after he was ruled out for three months with a shoulder injury.

Alex Goode also faces another month out with his torn quad muscle.
