Free internet access is now available in community centres and charity offices in Three Rivers.
A pilot internet scheme using refurbished council computers has been launched at the Mill End Community Centre, Watersmeet Theatre and Mencap in Rickmansworth.
The computers will be availability during normal opening hours for one hour at a time.
