A man remains in critical condition in hospital after he was run over by a bus.
The pedestrian, in his forties, suffered serious injuries after the incident in Sparrows Herne, at the junction with Steeplands, at about 7.15pm on Wednesday.
Due to the seriousness of the man's injuries, Doctor David Gaunt, accident and emergency consultant from Watford General Hospital, was called to the scene, as well as two ambulances.
