Refuse and recycling collections for residents across Dacorum are set to change in the coming weeks.
From Friday, April 22, the same coloured bin will be collected from all households across the borough.
This is instead of the borough council collecting green bins from half the households and grey bins from the other half.
While the new collection schedules switch over, some residents may have up to three grey bin collections in a row.
Recycling boxes will not be collected during the week beginning Monday, April 25.
Dacorum Borough Council will start collecting recycling boxes again from Tuesday, May 3.
A new waste collection calendar has been delivered to all households giving details of the changes and the revised Easter bank holiday dates.
These replace the calendars that were sent to residents last December.
