The health trust in charge of Watford General Hospital is set to make a multi-million surplus.
Watford General Hospital, in Vicarage Road, expects to record a £7.5million surplus for the financial year 2010/11.
However, the trust will not confirm the final figure until auditors have studied their accounts.
