The result for Croxley Green ward has been delayed while counters focus on the Alternative Vote referendum.

The votes for the other local parish councils elections in Three Rivers have been counted and added up and the elected councillors are as follows.

In Abbots Langley Parish Council, Abbots Langley ward, Jane Lay (Liberal Democrat) received 976 votes, David Major (Liberal Democrat) 938, David White (Liberal Democrat) 883 and Jon Wyatt (Liberal Democrat) 852.

In Bedmond, Jean Bowman (Liberal Democrat) received 228 votes, and Belinda Phipps (Liberal Democrat) received 197 votes in the Hunton Bridge and Langleybury ward.

In Leavesden Sara Bedford (Liberal Democrat) received 934 votes, Derryck Croker (Liberal Democrat) 775, Stephen Giles-Medhurst (Liberal Democrat) 1,068, Jeff Hill (Liberal Democrat) 808 and Ivy Young (Liberal Democrat) received 774.

In Tanners Wood Gloria Keaveny (Liberal Democrat) received 641 votes, Owen Roe (Liberal Democrat) 582, Keith Williams (Liberal Democrat) received 575.

Samantha Heilling (Liberal Democrat) was elected in Primrose Hill.

Croxley Green Parish Council's north ward was won by Frank Brand (UKIP) with 289 votes, Julie Isard-Brown (Liberal Democrat) 674, Hazel Seeley (Independent) 430, Wendy Shafe (Independent) 510.

Croxley Green ward was delayed for a recount to be announced after the AV referendum. For Watford Rural's Ashridge ward, both Paul Gordon (Labour) with 521 votes, and Don Wilkinson (Labour) with 428 were elected.

In Carpenders Park Eric Bishop (Conservative) received 1,001 votes, Pam Hames (Liberal Democrat) 1,032, Bryan Jukes (Conservative) 785.

In Northwick ward Jerry Asquith (Liberal Democrat), Ana Bakshi (Labour), and William Waite (Labour) were elected.

Finally in Oxhey Hall, Diane Day (Conservative) received 576 votes, Peter Ray (Liberal Democrat) 614 and Alison Scarth (Liberal Democrat) 510.
