A man was killed after falling from a train near Chorleywood on Saturday.
Mervyn Allan, 52, died after falling between two carriages of a northbound Metropolitan line train travelling between Chorleywood and Chalfont Latimer.
An eyewitness said Mr Allan was between carriages on the train, which was travelling at 50mph, when he slipped and fell onto the tracks.
British Transport Police and London Fire Brigade were called at about 1.30am, and the line was reopened at 3.20am.
