A man was found dead this morning when police were called to an address in Watford.
Officers were called to Langley Road at 10.40am, where they found a body.
The Guardian newspaper is claiming that the dead man is former News of the World and Watford Observer reporter Sean Hoare.
Hertfordshire Constabulary, however, has refused to confirm this.
Mr Hoare made headlines across the world when he claimed that phone hacking was encouraged at the News of the World by former editor Andy Coulson – a claim Mr Coulson vehemently denies.
The death is not being treated as suspicious.
