A South Oxhey man who blighted his neighbours’ lives with a campaign of yobbery, harassment and violence has appeared in court.
Kerry Reynolds, 28, formerly of Highlands, was handed an Anti Social Behaviour Injunction (ASBI) following a hearing at Northampton County Court yesterday.
The ASBI, which lasts for a year, prohibits Reynolds from entering Highlands and bordering roads and streets. It also prohibits him from contacting witnesses in the area.
Sergeant Luke Mitchell said: “We are delighted with the outcome of this case which has been the culmination of months of hard work between ourselves, Three Rivers District Council and Origin Homes.
“It is also the result of receiving the support from the victims of Kerry Reynolds, who displayed integrity throughout this process and who supplied statements and I would like to thank them for their support.
“Kerry Reynolds made life extremely difficult for the good people of South Oxhey. This injunction sends out a clear message that this type of behaviour will not be tolerated.”
