Commuters will be able to question representatives from London Midland and other rail providers when the Watford Rail Users group meets next month.
The group, which campaigns for better services, will meet at Watford Town Hall, in Rickmansworth Road, at 6.45pm on Monday, September 5.
Overcrowding, punctuality and the cost of fares will all be discussed.
