A Bovingdon man who has admitted breaches of food hygiene law will appear for sentencing later in the year, after the cancellation of a court hearing.
Robert Skerry, 53, of Game Farm, Maple Hill, has been prosecuted Dacorum Borough Council for running an illegal slaughter house.
He had been due to be sentenced at St Albans Crown Court on Tuesday but his case has now been deferred until October.
