Staff from The Centre in South Oxhey, rowed from Dover to Calais and back for Children In Need.
The 42 miles was completed on the rowing machines in the gym on Friday and afterwards cakes were sold on a stall.
The money has been collected and a total of £112 has been raised for the charity.
Michael Nestorovic, manger, said: “I understand that one staff member did 21 miles on his own while the others covered the 21 between them, a fantastic effort. The cupcakes were delicious too.”
