A school teaching children with learning difficulties has received a council grant to build new accessible showers.
Breakspeare School in Abbots Langley, which caters for 64 pupils aged three to 19 years old, has been awarded £2,000 from Hertfordshire County Council.
The funding will help the school replace the current shower facilities in the swimming pool area with level access wet room flooring, and install overhead tracking to make it easier for pupils to be transferred from the changing area to the swimming pool.
