Cable theft left about 300 homes without telephone or internet this weekend.
Faults in Sarratt and Croxley Green were reported after underground wires were cut. Many streets including Harvey Road, Watford Road, The Green, Barton Way and Sarratt Road were affected by the blackout.
BT engineers worked over the weekend to fix the problem and the service was restored on Sunday night.
Paul Hayward, from BT, said: “We are currently checking and clearing faults on the system to ensure all are working correctly and pick up any residual faults remaining.”
