Two teenagers accused of the murder of former West Herts College student Billy Dove, have entered a plea of not guilty to the crime.
Charlie Samson, 18, and a 17-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared at St Albans Crown Court yesterday (Monday) for a plea and case management hearing before Judge Steven Gullick.
Samson, of St Agnells Lane, Hemel Hempstead, and the 17-year-old both pleaded not guilty to a charge of murder and also denied a second charge of affray.
Billy Dove, 21, died after being stabbed in Hemel Hempstead town centre in the early hours of November 6 last year. The pair were remanded in custody and will stand trial on May 8.
