The Conservative party has retained its hold on Bushey St James ward, after incumbent councillor Pervez Choudhury was re-elected. Councillor Choudhury received 1,008 votes, whereas Labour candidate Tony Breslin received 562 votes and Liberal Democrats representative 245 votes.
