Pedestrian's head injured after ring road crash

A man with a head wound has been taken to Watford General Hospital after a crash in the ring road.
The ring road was closed at the junction with Market Street after the 50-year-old pedestrian was hit by a car.
Police were called to Exchange Road at 4.55pm. The wound is not life threatening.
Marlborough Road has also been closed at the junction with Cassio Road.

What is most annoying are parents I've seen quickly dragging their small children across the road before it is safe to do so. What a 'fine' example is that to teach kids good road sense?
