Free cycle activities on offer as part of Sky Ride

Cycling campaign launched
A programme to encourage Watford residents to get back on the bike was launched in the town yesterday.
Sky Ride will offer a series of free, organised cycle activities for riders of all ages and abilities, encouraging people to explore the area on two wheels.
Watford Borough Council is a campaign partner of Sky Ride and activities will take place in the area until October.
The Sky Ride local rides are part of a national campaign to get one million people cycling regularly by 2013.
