Watford roads closed for traveller funeral (From Watford Observer)

• "So it seems they've lied to the council as should of gone on Sat, but that's no surprise is it. They've got out of control dogs running around the park, as had to pick up my dog for safety. And have notice that extra vehicles have appeared. Council have tried to cut the grass this morning, but that's not been completed.
  
  Saying that it seems they're setting up camp then considering on moving on. So wonder what the council is planning next?"
