Vandals throw bucket of paint at pub (From Watford Observer)

A bucket of paint has been thrown at the Ox Pub in South Oxhey in a mysterious night time attack.

Police are appealing for witnesses following the incident, which took place at the Bridlington Road pub between 12.30am and 1am.

PC Daniel Jones from the Oxhey safer neighbourhood team, said: "I would appeal to anyone who may have been in the area at the time and saw anything suspicious to contact police.

"I would also like to hear from anyone who knows someone who may have come home with paint on their clothes in the early hours of this morning in suspicious circumstances."
