An Olympic-themed sports day will be held at the William Penn Leisure Centre this weekend.
Anyone wanting to try out the sports show at the recent London 2012 Games, inlcuding sprinting, hurdling, javelin and long jump, can take part for free from 9.30am to 12pm.
Dave Tenny, Centre Manager, said: "We wanted to encourage more families to take part in sport and celebrate the end of what has been a fantastic Olympic and Paralympics Games for Great Britain.
"What better way to celebrate that than inspiring the next generation to have a go at athletics. Who knows maybe we will have the next Jessica Ennis or Usain Bolt in our midst?"
