Khan shooting: Four charged with conspiracy to murder

Four men have been charged with conspiracy to murder in connection with the shooting of a 55-year-old man last October.

Mohammed Khan was left with wounds to the head and shoulder after the attack, which took place in Hodges Way.

Fesal Hussain, 27, of Yarmouth Road, Watford, has been charged with conspiracy to murder and threats to kill.

Anthony Francis, 29, of Park Avenue, Bushey, has been charged with conspiracy to murder and possession of class A drugs.

James Campbell, 23, of Wellington Street, Luton, has been charged with conspiracy to murder.

Matthew Seddon, 27, of Node Way Gardens, Welwyn, has been charged with conspiracy to murder and possession with intent to supply class B drugs. All four have been remanded in custody.

Two men and a woman also arrested as part of the investigation have been released on police bail, and four other men have been released with no further action.
