New maintenance contract for Watford Mencap homes

Thrive Homes, which owns and manages Three Rivers District Council's former housing stock, has taken over maintenance services to homes owned by Watford Mencap.
The contract involves looking after Watford Mencap’s supported housing schemes, and three residential homes.
Thrive Homes’ chief executive Elspeth Mackenzie said: “We’re very proud to work with Watford Mencap and help improve the lives of their customers.
"Winning this contract is a great testament of the quality service our skilled teams provide.”
