A SECTION of Watford town centre was cordoned off today after a suspicious package was discovered in a bank.
Police were called to NatWest in the High Street at about 2.30pm after the item was discovered.
The bank was evacuated while police investigated the incident.
A large section of the area around the bank was also closed off.
