Police seeking owner of stolen items

The owner of a plastic bag containing items including LED lights and a bi-metal hole saw is being sought after they were found in north Watford.
Police said the items, which are thought to be stolen, were found in The Pelhams and Aldbury Close 2.40pm on September 3.
Detective Constable Rachel Brown from the Local Crime Unit in Watford, said: "We believe these items have been stolen but at this stage it is unclear exactly where or when they were taken.
"I would appeal to anyone who believes these items and others found belong to them to contact police."
Anyone with information is asked to contact DC Brown via the Herts Police non-emergency number 101.
