A man who works in Watford has gone the extra mile and hiked, canoed and cycled his way to raising money for the Teenage Cancer Trust.
Marc Nothnagel, who works for City Plumbing Supplies in Imperial Way, took part in the Brave the Brecon Beacons challenge on September 6.
He faced the gruelling task of canoe rafting along the reservoir, a 30km bike ride and orienteering himself to the top of the largest mountain ranges in South Wales, Brecon Beacons.
Marc said: "I wanted to do something a bit adventurous to raise as much money as possible.
"The challenge was difficult but knowing I was raising much needed funds for a worthwhile cause was all the motivation I needed to finish the task."
City Plumbing Supplies began its two year partnership with Teenage Cancer Trust in January and Marc has helped to raise more than £8,000 so far in this latest challenge.
