Driver involved in crash arrested over drugs

The driver involved in a crash in Watford this morning has since been arrested on a drug charge.
The 22-year-old from Watford was taken into custody after a crash involving a Peugeot Partner 600 and a black Peugeot 206 in Blackwell Drive at around 7.45am.
Police confirmed he has since been arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis.
