RSPCA praises Dacorum Borough Council's pet policy

A campaign to promote responsible pet ownership among Dacorum Borough Council tenants has been praised by the RSPCA.
The council’s housing service department was presented with a Housing Animal Welfare Gold for its pet policy.
The policy includes compulsory microchipping for all dogs belonging to council tenants.
