Man in 40s in stable condition after being found not breathing in The Sanctuary, Exchange Road

A man was found not breathing at a hostel in central Watford this morning.
Police and paramedics were called to The Sanctuary, in Exchange Road, at around 9.30am after the man in his 40’s was discovered.
East of England NHS Ambulance service said the man was treated and the scene and taken to Watford General Hospital , where he is said to be in a stable condition.
