Man cautioned over missing anvil

A man has been arrested after an anvil was stolen from South Oxhey last month.
Police said a 26-year-old man has been given a caution after the object went missing from Brookdene Avenue on Sunday, August 26.
The arrest followed a police appeal with CCTV images last month.

Police also found a huge cloth with the entrance to a tunnel painted on it, a pretend hole and numerous sticks of TNT.
But in seriousness, it seems that theft and assault are becoming minor crimes and the offenders are given a caution. Things have got to change before its too late
