Assault charge man cautioned

A former housing manager has been cautioned by police after admitting assaulting a teenage girl.

Brian Conbeer has also resigned from his position as manager at Affinity Sutton, which provides affordable housing in Hertsmere.

The 33-year-old, of Bovingdon Court, Hemel Hempstead, handed himself in to police in Truro, Cornwall, last week.

He had been due to appear in court on October 1 charged with assaulting a 13-year-old girl.

But, after changing his plea and making a full admission of guilt, the Crown Prosecution Service consulted the victim who accepted he should be cautioned.

Obviously I have no idea how serious the assault was (It covers a lot of things before it gets to ABH, GBH etc), but how come this guy is named for his caution but the Evergreen assault guy wasn't?

Maybe because this had reached the court stage before an agreement was reached?

Because the law stinks... There is no such thing as justice... It just doesn't exist... It's a myth.....
