Chipperfield will be going pink next month to raise money towards the battle against breast cancer.
Sharon Thompson, who is from Kings Langley will hold two Pilates classes on Saturday, October, 13 to raise money towards Breakthrough Breast Cancer during Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Sharon, who runs Essentially Pilates, said: "This is an opportunity for you to try Pilates if you’ve never done it before or just come along and support this cause if you already practice Pilates.
"Supporting Breakthrough Breast Cancer is so important because everyone knows someone who has been affected by the disease.
"We’re really looking forward to Going Pink this October and raising money for Breakthrough and if you have something pink, please wear it.
"As a teacher I was astonished by the numbers of women who attend my classes that have suffered with breast cancer at some point in their lives.
"Pilates has been great to help these ladies in both their physical and emotional recovery after a traumatic time."
The classes are suitable to men and women over the age of 18 and Sharon has suggested a donation of £10 per class.
The event will be held at St Paul’s Church hall, The Common, with classes at 10am, 11:15 until 12:15pm.
