Motorcyclist treated for serious leg injury following crash in The Green, Croxley Green

A motorcyclist sustained a serious leg injury following a crash in Croxley Green.

Paramedics were called to the accident in The Green at around 6.43pm yesterday with Doctor David Gaunt to treat the male, who was later taken to a specialist trauma centre.

Gary Sanderson, a spokesman for The East of England Ambulance Service, said: "The motorcyclist who we believe to be in his 20s received a serious leg injury and following treatment, stabilisation and immobilisation at the roadside, he was taken to St Marys Hospital in Paddingon for further care."
