A popular charity road run will return to the streets of Three Rivers for the 29th consecutive year later this month.
Runners will pound the pavements of Rickmansworth and Chorleywood as part of the 10 mile route of the Ricky Road Run on Sunday, October 28.
Money raised from the event, which is organised by volunteers from Veolia Water and Affinity Water, will go to the Watford Peace Hospice and WaterAid.
Since it began, the race has raised more than £200,000 for charity and last year alone the total was in excess of £28,000.
Anybody keen to take part in the race, or willing to volunteer as a marshal, should visit www.rickyroadrun.co.uk or email rickyroadrun@veoliawater.co.uk for further information.
