Lawyer Dennis Sheridan becomes first family law arbitrator in southern Hertfordshire

A Bushey lawyer has become the first family law arbitrator based in southern Hertfordshire.
Dennis Sheridan specialises in divorce and family law and heads D R Sheridan LLP in Bushey High Street. He is one of 60 in England and Wales who have qualified under a new scheme, introduced this year.
Arbitration, as a form of dispute resolution, has a long history in commercial disputes, but has only recently been made available in family law.
