A guest at the Audentior Awards has been arrested for a public order offence at the ceremony, which celebrates the best of Watford.
Victoria Sibley, from Waterside in Kings Langley, was arrested after claims she was using offensive language at about 8pm on Friday.
The 40-year-old was charged with section five of the public order act and for assaulting a police officer. She will appear at Central West Herts Magistrates on October 18.

As this was an evening for the 'best of Watford' she must have been there as a representative of the pond area which recently von/bought that coveted Purple Flag award for excellence

I remind readers once again, that Derry/Londonderry has a Purple Flag. A town so well managed that the residents don't even agree what it is actually called.
A town with bullet holes in the road signs and an A&E dept full of people who limp.
Whoopie-do. Anyone can buy one, it is meaningless.
