Man shoved in attempted phone robbery in Leavesden

A man was shoved in Leavesden as a would-be robber attempted to make off with his phone.

Police said the 51-year-old victim was approached at the junction of Louvain Way and Horseshoe Lane by a young male who then went for his phone before making off in the direction of Orchard Avenue.

The incident happened at around 8.05pm on Thursday October 4.

The suspect is described as a white male aged in his mid-teens to early 20s, over 6ft tall, skinny and clean shaven.

At the time he was wearing a dark blue hooded top, dark jeans and unlaced trainers.
