Chipperfield Corinthians striker Nick Walsh, 17, collapsed last Tuesday yards from his home in Cowper Road, Berkhamsted, after visiting friends.
Nick collapsed after suffering a "catastrophic bleed" when a blood vessel ruptured in his brain.
He died on Thursday and leaves his parents, brothers Thomas, 19, and Greg, 18, and sister Olivia, 14.
