The powerful commercial and strategic presence at leading accountancy firm Baker Tilly’s 100-strong Watford office has been strengthened further with the arrival of new audit and business advisory partner Jonathan Mann.
Jonathan joins from rival accountancy firm BDO, where he worked for more than a decade with a wide variety of businesses, including fully listed and AIM companies, international groups and privately owned businesses.
At Baker Tilly, Jonathan will use his expertise to strengthen the Watford office and wider firm’s audit offering, with particular focus on the retail, leisure and hospitality sectors, and corporate clients with an annual turnover of between £5m and £100m.
He said: “I will be building on Baker Tilly’s position as a key player in the region by further developing their audit and business advisory services, with a strong focus on commercial and strategic issues. I believe in a high quality, pragmatic approach which maximises the benefit clients get from our services.”
Baker Tilly office managing partner Mark Wilson said: “We are delighted that Jonathan has joined us. He has a wealth of experience in what is an important area of work for the Watford office and our clients will benefit greatly from his significant knowledge.”
