Connells estate agents appoint Daniel Gray to new role

Estate agent Connells has appointed Daniel Gray as new homes manager covering Hertfordshire, Essex, north London, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire.

Daniel brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge to his new role having worked in the industry for over seven years.

He started his career in 2003 with Connells working on the residential sales side of the business, before taking up the role of land manager in 2006, covering Birmingham and parts of the West Midlands. Daniel then went on to join Sequence in 2008 as new homes manager covering London and Surrey.

He said: “I am delighted to be back at Connells and part of the award-winning land and new homes operation. I have worked with a number of house builders, including Bryant Homes, Barratt Homes and Bellway, and look forward to building on my relationship with developers to expand Connells new homes division.”

As new homes manager, Daniel will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of existing developments being sold through Connells in Hertfordshire, Essex, north London, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire.. He will also work closely with the regional managing director, area directors and branches, to gain more new homes instructions from developers in the area.
