Wenta, in its capacity as the Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire agent for Step, are actively recruiting Companies and Graduates to take part in this programme.

Placements last up to 12 weeks and are available to all small to medium sized companies and to 2008 - 2010 graduates from a British University.

Twenty-four graduates have been placed by Wenta this summer and to date of the 15 that have completed their placement 13 have been offered full-time positions within their host company. So this scheme really does offer valuable work experience that can lead to a permanent position.
