All booked up until spring 2013
They say that everyone has a book in them. That's possibly true, but it takes a lot of time and effort to get it out and onto the page...

Golden lining for back to school blues
Back to School - surely one of the most dismal, soul-sapping combinations of words in the English Language? Unless, of course, you are a parent, in which case you are probably thinking about cracking open a bottle of bubbly next Wednesday and doing a can can routine around the kitchen table.

The ultimate trolley dolly
A couple of weeks ago, an ill-advised woman called Samantha Brick wrote a feature in the Daily Mail about how beautiful she was. Ms Brick was, apparently, possessed of such pulchritudinous power that airline captains would spontaneously deliver a bottle of champagne to her seat when she boarded their plane and lustful men would pay for her train ticket the moment she joined the queue at the station.
