April is National Pet Month and to celebrate the children at Boys & Girls Nursery were treated to a visit from some of the more unusual pets that can usually be found at Farmyard Funworld (Bushey). Natasha Kirby, Founder and Director of Boys & Girls Nursery, explains ‘Every month we choose new topics for the children to explore and to help with their learning we often invite guest speakers to come in and share their knowledge. The animal visit went down brilliantly with the children and they spent the rest of the day sharing stories about what animal they liked the best and who was brave enough to stroke the snake!’
