A Maple Cross man facing two allegations of cannabis dealing has had his case sent to the crown court.
Gregory Smith, 23, of Longcroft Road, appeared at Dacorum Magistrates on Monday on allegations of possession of cannabis with intent to supply.
Smith is alleged to have been caught committing the offences in February and June.
A proceeds of crime allegation was dropped by the prosecution.
No pleas were taken and the case was sent to St Albans Crown Court for Monday, September 22.
Smith was released on condition he lives and sleeps at his home address, keeps to a curfew between 9pm and 7am and signs on at Rickmansworth police station three times a week.
