A new course entitled “Healthier Relationships” will be launched in Hertfordshire, aimed at addressing abusive behaviour and helping healthier relationship with their families.
The course starts on Tuesday, March 23, and is being managed by DCI Paul Williamson and Jodie Dalzell from Hertfordshire Constabulary's Domestic Violence Policy Unit.
The sessions are also attended by independent consultants Lydia Guthrie and Stephen Morris, who have extensive experience with men who have committed acts of domestic abuse.
Ms Guthrie said: "The course is designed to raise awareness of what domestic violence is, what the consequences of the abusive behaviour could be, and how to promote non-abusive behaviour."
