Agnostics Anonymous is set to meet again later this month, following its successful launch in January.
Hosted by Reverend Gill Hulme, who oversees Methodist churches in Abbots Langley, Kings Langley and Croxley Green, would-be theologians are invited to the next group meeting on Tuesday, February 28.
She said: “Last month’s meeting proved really successful, so we’ve decided to hold it again in the pub. It’s an unusual place to have a meeting of this kind, but then again we’re an unusual group.
“There were no raised voices, instead agnostics and those of a religious persuasion discussed and exchanged ideas. Some people have very strong opinions when it comes to religion, so it’s rewarding to get everyone’s viewpoints.
“The next meeting will be about anger. Last time someone asked whether you can be angry and religious, and if you can’t surely people walk all over you. It’s an interesting idea, so should make for a lively discussion.”
Agnostics Anonymous will meet at The Swan Pub, College Road, Abbots Langley, from 8.30pm.
