VICTORY at the Battle of Trafalgar 200 years ago will be celebrated at a special event in Chipperfield on Saturday.
Trafalgar 200 - A Village Celebration will be held in Chipperfield Village Hall from 7.30pm.
There will be entertainment, supper, music and songs to commemorate the event and remember those who fought for their country then and since.
Tickets cost £12 with surplus funds raised going to the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal.
On Sunday, there will be a special service at Aldenham Church on Sunday at 10am, attended by members of the Royal Naval Association's Aldenham branch, followed by a wreath laying in the cemetery to honour Robert Smith an Aldenham man who died in the battle.
A ceremony to mark the event will also be held in Cassiobury Park on Sunday - adjacent to the entrance at the bottom of Stratford Way. The service will start at 11am.
